Gigi Leung made French chocolates to raise funds for the Little Yellow Flower Charity Education Fund


Gigi Leung completed the "France ICDE Pastry Culinary Arts Diploma Course" and became a culinary master. Enthusiastic for public welfare, she applies what she has learned, personally makes chocolates for charity sales, and raises funds for the "Little Yellow Flower Charity Education Fund". Gigi said that after completing this diploma course, she is eligible to open a restaurant in France, and she can also become a Patisserie Chef in the local area. However, she has never thought of becoming a dessert master and only hopes to give back to the society with actions. She said, "I hope to do a charity sale, to share the joy of graduation with fans, but also to do good deeds. Therefore, I share my ideas with the school. The classmates and teachers are very active in helping and making French recipes together non-stop for 12 hours. Chocolate, the proceeds are donated to the "Little Yellow Flower Charity Education Fund"."

梁詠琪親製法式朱古力 為小黃花慈善教育基金籌款


梁詠琪(Gigi)在修畢「法國ICDE糕餅烹飪藝術文憑課程」,成為廚藝高手。熱心公益的她學以致用,親手製作朱古力作慈善義賣,為「小黃花慈善教育基金」籌款。Gigi表示讀完這個文憑課程有資格在法國開餐廳,還可以在當地當上Patisserie Chef,但她沒想過當甜品大師,只希望以行動回饋社會。她說︰「我希望做一個慈善義賣活動,與粉絲分享畢業的喜悅之餘,又可做善事,因此將自己想法和學校分享,同班同學們和老師非常積極幫忙,一起馬不停蹄連續12小時製作法式朱古力,所得收益捐贈『小黃花慈善教育基金』。」
